Spring water loaded with minerals (silica, calcium, sodium, selenium) from geological depths. Korean thermal waters (Onyang, Suanbo, Bugok) have been used for 1,000 years for body care. Today they are formulated in K-beauty sprays and toners for their soothing effects.

Action moléculaire
The dissolved minerals (silica, selenium, calcium sulfate) have a proven anti-inflammatory effect. Selenium is a cofactor of antioxidant enzymes (glutathione peroxidase). The neutral pH (7-8) rebalances the skin after acidic actives.
Origine et tradition
Du palais aux laboratoires
Korean thermal springs (notably Onyang) have been frequented since the Silla kingdom (7th century). Joseon kings stayed there to treat their skin conditions. Their scientific cosmetic use began in the 1980s (inspired by Vichy and Avène in France).
